This piece evokes creation, the start of something beautiful and magical.  A blossoming or unfolding.  Using dark teal and aubergine against a white backdrop I wanted to symbolise new beginnings, the point at which something breathtaking unfolds from the ordinary.

This painting is an abstract acrylic painting on a 24" by 24" wooden panel.

My original paintings are finished with two layers of archival matt varnish to protect them from the sunlight and colour distortion.
